Shipping policy

If your item arrives damaged, please call or email us right away. Preferably while the driver is still there, so we can help make it right.

Each piece is handmade and made to order, so please allow 5–7 days for us to craft and ship your product. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you’ll know exactly when it’s set to arrive at your doorstep.

Shipping within the continental U.S. is free. Orders outside the continental U.S. will include an additional shipping charge based on location.
