The cars may be the main attraction at Barrett-Jackson, but the vendor floor is an experience of its own. It is filled with talented businesses displaying automotive art, garage accessories, memorabilia, handmade decor, and products created specifically for people who love cars.
Many of the vendors around us had large crowds gathered at their booths throughout the event. Some people were searching for something specific, while others were simply exploring and discovering pieces they had never seen before. No matter where you looked, something interesting was happening.
The vendor selection also felt carefully curated. Whether a business was selling automotive-themed products or another high-quality specialty item, every booth gave visitors something worth stopping to see. You aren’t walking through rows of random vendors. You are surrounded by businesses that understand the interests and expectations of the Barrett-Jackson crowd.
Our View From the Vendor Floor
Our booth was 20 feet from the cars being auctioned. We could see the vehicles, hear the auction, and watch the excitement as each car crossed the block.
It was a great place to be. Visitors could look at a collector car and then walk just a few steps over to explore decor made from real automotive parts. Being that close to the auction also gave our booth an energy that would be difficult to recreate anywhere else.
The Handmade Automotive Decor We Brought
We brought a variety of handcrafted automotive decor to the event, including our:
- Turbo lamp
- Distributor lamp
- Ford piston lamp
- Piston clock
- NASCAR tire table
- Wall-mounted liquor dispensers
Every piece was built by hand using real automotive or industrial parts. That immediately connected with the collectors at the event. Many recognized the parts before we even had the opportunity to explain what they were.
Our parking meter lamps received especially strong reactions. People loved that the original meters still worked and that they could interact with them. Similar parking meter lamps were being offered elsewhere at the event for nearly twice our price, which brought even more attention to ours.
Other visitors were drawn to the turbo lamp, while Ford collectors naturally stopped to look at the piston lamp. Racing fans loved the NASCAR tire table, and the wall dispensers were popular with people building automotive-themed bars, garages, and entertainment spaces.
