Will I see the finished product before it ships?
Absolutely. We'll send you photos of the completed project for approval before requesting the final payment and shipping your order.
Do You Require A Deposit?
Most custom projects require a deposit before work begins. We'll discuss all pricing and payment details during the design process.
How long do custom projects take?
Project timelines vary depending on the complexity of the build. Once we discuss your project, we'll provide an estimated completion timeline before any work begins.
How will I receive my quote?
Every custom project is different, so pricing is provided through a personalized quote. Quotes are sent directly from sales@3guniquedecor.com after we've discussed your project.
Can I ship my own parts or items for you to use?
Yes! We can often incorporate customer-supplied parts into custom builds. Please contact us first to discuss your project and receive our shipping address. Keep in mind that project timelines begin after your items have arrived at our shop.
Can I request changes after work has started?
Minor adjustments may be possible depending on the stage of the project. Larger design changes after production has begun may require additional costs or affect the completion timeline.
