Ford Piston Lamp Featured on Donut Media

I was dropping off customer orders at our local FedEx when I saw that Donut Media had uploaded a new video called “Ranking the Best & Worst Presents for Car People.” I clicked on it while sitting in the parking lot and remember thinking, How cool would it be if one of our products made it onto Donut Media someday?

5 Minutes Later, I saw James opening a box, and there it was.

OUR PISTON LAMP

Our handcrafted Ford Piston Lamp appeared on the screen! I honestly couldn’t believe it. The guys were holding something we had built, reviewing it, and giving it a high rating in front of millions of car enthusiasts.

I grew up watching Donut Media, so seeing the guys react to one of our products was a full-circle moment. It was always my dream to fly over to their shop and meet them. What made it even better was watching them recognize the genuine Ford piston and appreciate the work that went into turning a real engine part into a functional lamp.

It was one of those moments where you have to pause and make sure what you’re seeing is real. Later, I came home in disbelief and got my whole family to watch the video!

From Our Shop to Donut Media

Every Ford Piston Lamp is handcrafted right here in Texas using a genuine Ford piston. We clean, prepare, assemble, and finish each one ourselves, transforming a real piece of automotive history into something that can be displayed and used every day.

As a small family business, we put a lot of work into every order that leaves our shop. Seeing one of those pieces make its way onto a Donut Media video was something we never expected but will always remember. Thank you for the 5 STARS!!!
